At Taozeef, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain our complex network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and experience with VoIP protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor network performance and optimize network resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other infrastructure components.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience working as a Network Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
  • Experience with VoIP protocols.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Perl).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
