Creative Workflow Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Operations Lead to establish and optimize our creative workflows. This role involves overseeing the entire creative process, from digital content to print materials and experiential activations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Scalable Systems: Create and implement operations frameworks for asset management, production planning, and execution.
• Lead Creative Production: Oversee the full creative process, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage External Partnerships: Onboard and negotiate with agencies, freelancers, and production houses, ensuring contracts protect user rights.
• Optimize Budgets & Resources: Track costs, identify efficiencies, and ensure quality within budget constraints.
• Streamline Processes & Manage Risk: Manage timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong project management skills with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Licensing, Art Buying, & Compliance Knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial Approach: Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on building and optimizing creative operations.
