We are seeking a highly skilled AI Generalist / Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team in Lebanon. As part of our organization, you will play a key role in identifying high-value opportunities and building impactful AI-driven solutions using large language models (LLMs).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover areas where AI—especially GenAI—can deliver significant business value.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and product opportunities to identify scalable AI applications.
• Perform rapid discovery sprints to assess feasibility, define success metrics, and prioritize projects.

You will design, build, and fine-tune systems based on LLMs, implement GenAI techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), summarization, classification, and prompt chaining. Your goal is to optimize prompt engineering strategies and LLM interactions for reliability and output quality.

Rapidly develop and iterate on working prototypes to validate ideas and demonstrate value. You will use Python and modern GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers) to build proof-of-concept tools and workflows. Evaluate and report on model performance, scalability, and real-world applicability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, with recent work focused on LLMs or GenAI.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable ideas.
• Exposure to business intelligence or product discovery frameworks.
