We're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and help us build a robust organic acquisition engine that supports our mission to make hiring simpler, faster, and fairer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building, with experience optimizing for bilingual (Arabic/English) audiences.
You'll design and execute an SEO strategy that optimizes for organic visibility, ensures strong landing page quality, and aligns with our conversion goals.
">About the Role">Conduct SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for the Saudi market and GCC.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and dev teams to ensure best-in-class on-page SEO and optimize metadata, schema markup, and site architecture for improved crawlability and SERP results.
Define keyword strategies for employer acquisition and job seeker growth, and advise on landing page structure and content for Google Ads Grant compliance and Quality Score optimization.
Recommend and oversee content plans (blog posts, landing pages, knowledge center), establish a backlink strategy focused on authoritative local and industry sources, and set up tracking and reporting dashboards for SEO performance.
Train internal teams on SEO best practices where needed, and provide documentation to sustain SEO improvements.
We're looking for someone with:
3+ years in SEO strategy and execution, preferably in SaaS, marketplace, or recruiting tech.
Experience optimizing for bilingual (Arabic/English) audiences.
Familiarity with Google Ads Grants and landing page quality score best practices.
A strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Culturally aware with experience in GCC markets a big plus.
