About the JobThis remote opportunity involves sourcing candidates with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum English level of B2, French C1-C2 written and spoken, and strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Minimum English level: B2
- French C1-C2 Written and Spoken
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Experience in international recruitment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
