User Interface Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Astro and other technologies. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate UX wireframes into fully functional interfaces and ensure UI consistency across browsers and devices.

• Design and implement intuitive, responsive UIs using Astro and modern front-end technologies.
• Build modular, reusable components following modern design patterns and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Optimize front-end performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and SEO-friendliness.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services effectively.
• Work with product designers to translate UX wireframes into fully functional interfaces.
• Use tools like Jira and Git to manage tasks and maintain high standards of code quality and version control.
• Ensure UI consistency across browsers and devices with thorough testing and QA.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in frontend technology, architecture, and tooling.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend/UI development.
• Proven production experience with Astro and Vue 3.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and state management.
• Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
• Demonstrable knowledge of working with AI-assisted development/design tools such as GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, or ChatGPT.
• Comfortable using modern tooling (Vite, npm/yarn, Git, etc.) and Agile workflows with Jira.
