Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
• Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or complications.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
