Ambitious System Engineer sought to oversee Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Platform management, Linux administration, and Web platform management (Azure, WordPress, Magento). Strong project management skills, ITIL knowledge, and solid working knowledge of proprietary IT technologies required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HCI Platform and Linux administration
  • Oversee Web platform management (Azure, WordPress, Magento)
  • Identify, document, and mitigate system incidents
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
  • Perform continuous service level improvement initiatives
  • Maintain server room physical and digital assets
  • Support employees and stakeholders for IT malfunctions

Deliverables:

  • Implement projects listed in the IT List of Projects
  • Implement ISO9001 & 27001 IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Communications Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent project management skills and strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Languages: English, French (plus)
  • Software skills: Linux administration, solid working knowledge of proprietary IT technologies, Citrix/HCI Certification, Azure Certification (plus)
