Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator at Rim Natural Spring Mineral Water S.A.L located in Antelias.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for customer service, order processing, sales support, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications- Customer Service, Communication, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in Order Processing and Sales support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including processing orders, preparing sales reports, and managing customer inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database, track sales metrics, and generate reports for analysis.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the finance, shipping, and inventory departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations for the sales team.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
