Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Sales Specialist located in Beirut, Lebanon.

The Freight Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing custom-tailored shipping solutions, delivering excellent customer service, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.Desired SkillsIn-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and its regulations would be an assetProven track record in sales with experience in creating and delivering effective sales presentationsProficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.Strong negotiation skills.Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholdersExcellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience for customersTraining and sales management experience are beneficialBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
