E-Commerce Coordinator

Summary:
Manage the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website, ensuring seamless customer experiences, order fulfillment, and website maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotions
  • Manage product inventory and create new product listings
  • Process and fulfill orders, including packing, shipping, and tracking
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media
  • Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize website usability and conversion rates
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for e-commerce operations
*Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a relevant role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce software
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction
