Missions principales :
1.Stratégie Marketing et Communication :
•Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing et communication de l'entreprise.
•Développer des campagnes marketing intégrées (en ligne et hors ligne) pour promouvoir les produits/services de l'entreprise.
•Analyser les tendances du marché et les performances des campagnes pour ajuster la stratégie.
2.Gestion des Médias :
•Gérer les relations presse et les partenariats médias.
•Superviser la création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, le site web et les autres supports de communication.
•Assurer la veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances des médias sociaux.
3.Publicité et Promotion :
•Concevoir et piloter les campagnes publicitaires (print, digital, etc.).
•Gérer le budget publicitaire et optimiser le retour sur investissement.
•Collaborer avec les agences de communication et les freelances.
4.Événements et Relations Publiques :
•Organiser et coordonner les événements (salons, conférences, etc.).
•Assurer une présence forte de l'entreprise lors des événements externes et internes.
•Organiser et coordonner les événements en internes et en externes (salons, conférences, soirée, journée annuelle, etc.)
5.Analyse et Reporting :
•Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) des actions marketing et communication.
•Produire des rapports réguliers pour la direction.
•Proposer des recommandations pour améliorer les stratégies en place.
6.Gestion de l'équipe marketing :
•Encadrer, motiver et développer les compétences de l'équipe marketing
•Répartir les tâches et superviser le travail de chaque membre de l'équipe.
•Assurer la cohésion et la collaboration au sein de l'équipe
Profil recherché :
•Formation : Bac +5 en marketing, communication
•Expérience : Minimum 5 années d'expérience
•Compétences techniques :
•Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, réseaux sociaux, etc.).
•Connaissance des logiciels de conception graphique (Canva, etc.)
