What We're Looking For
As a Social Media Manager at Memac Ogilvy, you will lead our client's social media strategies, channels, and platforms to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. This role involves overseeing the creation of original content, managing posts, and responding to client requests. You will cohesively manage the client's image to achieve their social marketing goals. As a member of the team, you will be expected to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to express our company's views creatively.
To Succeed In This Role, You Need To
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for multiple clients across various industries.Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.Manage and oversee social media content while working closely with the creative team.Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with client objectives.Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.Provide constructive feedback to the content, marketing, and design teams.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.Good understanding of social media KPIs.Familiarity with web design and publishing.Excellent multitasking skills.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
