Key Responsibilities:

Automated Marketing Campaigns: Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria to target and nurture leads throughout the buyer's journey.
Marketing Automation Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the marketing automation platform, ensuring its effectiveness in driving campaign performance and lead generation.
Lead Lifecycle Management: Measure, monitor, and optimize the lead lifecycle, from inquiry to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to closed opportunity, to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
Marketing Journey Review: Serve as the lead reviewer of marketing journeys, ensuring alignment with target audience segmentation, messaging, and campaign objectives.
Lead Scoring and Dashboards: Participate in establishing lead scoring thresholds and mechanisms, and lead the creation and management of dashboards and closed-loop reporting integrated with the sales database to track campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development or improvement of systems or processes to enhance data cleanliness and management, including lead tracking, list uploads, target segmentation, and nurturing.
Campaign Automation and Optimization: Review existing marketing campaigns across the business and automate where appropriate. Work on the logic and workflow of new automation projects, coordinating with team members to ensure project completion and requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to deliver automation/integration projects according to the project plan. Collaborate with the Growth Hacker on leads growth initiatives and tools.
A/B Testing and Metric Reporting: Conduct A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results. Maintain metric reports on marketing automation and campaign output to measure effectiveness and business impact.
Business Intelligence and Analysis: Own the business intelligence aspect of marketing analysis, collecting and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth. Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, and program performance.
Strategic Initiatives: Oversee and implement strategic initiatives such as The Hovi TV Strategy, Hovi's Social Selling, and Digital Ads Strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
Other Duties: Complete other duties as necessary to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
