Legal Counsel

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Legal Counsel who will provide all required and necessary legal support, advice and coordination in all legal matters to the relevant department and companies within GlobeMed Group to ensure that legal risks have been identified, interests and rights have been protected and appropriate courses of action have been taken.

Duties & Responsibilities related to:
Contracts
Incorporation of Companies and Corporate Documentation:
Human Resources related issues
Tenders
Insurance Policies and Medical Cases
BOD Meetings
Researches and Studies
Litigation Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Law, advanced university degree is a plus.
Relevant experience in the healthcare and insurance sector is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and follow up on impeding matters.
Ability to communicate at different levels, using different communication tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic, French is an asset.
Understand how and when to escalate issues.
Organized and well structured.
Work Under Stress and maintain a professional attitude.
Computer literate with good MS Office skills
