The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with social media campaigns.2. Social Media Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, industry trends, and unique selling propositions to develop effective social media strategies.Create comprehensive social media plans that align with clients' overall marketing objectives.3. Content Creation and Curation:
Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Curate and share industry-related content to keep the audience informed and engaged.4. Campaign Execution:
Implement social media campaigns, including scheduling posts, managing ad campaigns, and monitoring engagement metrics.Stay updated on social media platform algorithms and trends to optimize campaign performance.Requirements:
