As the Web Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our online store is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for sales. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Management:
Maintain and update the Shopify platform, ensuring the website is fully functional, secure, and optimized.
Customize Shopify themes and templates to align with brand guidelines and business needs.
Monitor and manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions on the website.
Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance website functionality.
E-commerce Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including order processing, payment gateways, and shipping logistics.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends.
Identify and implement strategies to improve the customer journey, increase average order value, and reduce cart abandonment.
Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and provides an excellent user experience across all devices.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Manage and update content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance online visibility.
Customer Experience:
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective responses to online inquiries and support requests.
Implement features and tools that enhance customer engagement, such as live chat, customer reviews, and loyalty programs.
Address any technical issues or bugs on the website promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Web Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing an e-commerce website, with a strong focus on Shopify.
Proven track record of driving online sales and improving e-commerce performance.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
