Responsibilities:

Students registration,Explanation of the courses training for the students,Participate in creating and implementing training programs,Maintain training records (trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets),Book classrooms and ensure theyâre properly set up,Resolve issues,Submit reports on training activities and results,Recommend improvements or new programs,Prepare the certificates.


Requirements & Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business Administration or similar field,Proven work experience as a Training Administrator or similar role,Experience in project managementExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically),Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skillsAbility to handle customer inquiries and resolve issuesAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service or related field is a plus
