Summary:

Manage the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website, ensuring seamless customer experiences, order fulfillment, and website maintenance.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotions
* Manage product inventory and create new product listings
* Process and fulfill orders, including packing, shipping, and tracking
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media
* Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize website usability and conversion rates
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for e-commerce operations

*Qualifications:*
