People & Culture Intern

A People & Culture Intern typically supports the People & Culture department by performing various administrative tasks and gaining exposure to different HR & Administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Updating Employee Records: Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.Screening Resumes: Assist in the initial screening of resumes and application forms.Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.Payroll Assistance: Gather payroll data, including working hours, leaves, and bank account details.Supporting Recruitment Efforts: Post job openings, review resumes, and help with the onboarding process.Administrative Tasks: Assist with updating HR policies and procedures, and maintain employee files and records.Event Organization: Help organize company events and initiatives.Employee Queries: Address employee concerns and inquiries regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.HR Projects: Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others and handle sensitive information confidentially.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.This role provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into the People & Culture operations, making it an excellent stepping stone for your new career path.
