About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Attraction and Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer value proposition and recognition, attract and recruit top talent, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process autonomously.
This role demands a results-driven mindset, problem solving skills and high accountability. The candidate must excel in communication and project management, and embody our company culture.
Your main duties will include:
Talent Attraction
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
Employer Value Proposition:
Consistently communicate the company's employer brand to attract high-potential talentManage company profile/page on different platformsDevelop marketing materials and campaigns to promote job openings and the company cultureCandidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
Talent Acquisition
Recruitment Project Management:
Manage multiple recruitment projects end-to-end, assessing the priority based on the company goals and keeping all stakeholders informedServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and supportConduct behavioural, competency based and cultural interviews with candidatesOwn SAP Success Factors Recruitment end to endPipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. Provide recommendations and regular status updates to keep them informed, proactively raise issues and agree on solutions
Reporting and Monitoring Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies. Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, measure success, and make informed hiring decisions
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, methodology and channels, propose creative solutions and implement initiatives
