About this Role
As an Account Manager at TXT Bridge, you will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding client relationships. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, cybersecurity, or information technology, combined with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach. Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular meetings to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address client needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in A2P aggregation.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Similar experience in a comparable role is mandatory.
Skills
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in French and English is required.
Previous account management experience.
Articulate and experienced in client-facing roles.
