You will be required to manage a high volume of calls, document interactions, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :-

Strong Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills.Excellent Interpersonal Skills.Proficient in Computer Literacy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High School diploma or Equivalent Education required.Experience with call center management software.Relevant experience is prioritized over qualifications.
