JOB PURPOSE

The Investment Analysis Associate is responsible for supporting investment operations, financial reporting, and portfolio administration activities. He/she prepares reconciliations, assists with investment due diligence, monitors account activity, and consolidates asset data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly financial and investment reporting packages, reconciliations, and cash flow statements for family members.

Update and reconcile family office systems against bank and custodian statements, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

Monitor and review account activity, including investment income, fees, and cash movements.

Support investment operations, including subscription documentation, account openings, wire transfers, and related administrative tasks.

Consolidate asset allocation tables across entities and maintain up-to-date investment records.

Assist in investment analysis and due diligence by gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes.

Contribute to the preparation of ad-hoc investment presentations, portfolio reviews, and performance analysis.

Maintain organized documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and investment information.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Language Proficiency

Fluency in English and Arabic.

Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.

Familiarity with financial reporting tools/software (e.g., Masttro) is a plus.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting, or Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Zero to two years of experience in Finance, or Accounting, or Asset Management, or a similar role.
