Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns and successfully retain existing client contracts
Support the direct manager in the management of contract renewals with existing customers and coordinate with the Sales and Account management teams accordingly
Initiate renewal conversations with customers, respond to queries and proactively follow up prior to contract expiration dates
Identify customers needs and opportunities for improvement prior to and during the renewal process and engage the direct manager accordingly
Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks and drive renewals to timely closures in coordination with the direct manager
Review terms and conditions, make any necessary changes/modifications requested by the customer and streamline contract issues and the overall customer renewal experience
Prepare and submit periodic reports, analysis and key metrics
Maintain an accurate rolling of 120 days renewal forecast
Update and maintain the customer database at all times
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Experience
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in handling Renewals of Enterprise Software Products.
