Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Lebanon, PA
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will focus on improving patient mobility, functional independence, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and balance.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Additional Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)

  • Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift)

  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week

  • Increased rate available for qualified candidates
