Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years' experience in home health care, long-term care, healthcare, health marketing, operations, business administration or business development preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year healthcare sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement a strategic marketing and sales plan to drive brand visibility and expand our client base in the Home Instead territory.
  • Conduct daily face-to-face interactions with referral sources to generate promising business leads and engage in daily outreach to meet monthly development targets.
  • Effectively convey company services, benefits, and close deals.
  • Manage prospective and current client calls and home visits, ensuring successful contract implementation and overall organizational standards of care and compliance are being met.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Assist other members of the management team with special projects on an "as needed" basis.
  • Manages the on-call phone system and oversees rotation protocols. While on-call, handles all client and caregiver issues, and conducts all new client intake as needed.
