Job DescriptionWebmaster / Full-Stack Web Developer — Contract (US Hours Required)
Agency or small studio preferred over solo freelancers.
About Us
We manage a portfolio of 35+ companies spanning blockchain, cultural preservation, regenerative real estate, and psychedelic medicine. This role offers steady, ongoing work across the portfolio — and we regularly refer strong partners to companies in our network, making this a reliable pipeline for new business.
The Role
We need a design-savvy webmaster to migrate AI-built sites and legacy WordPress environments into modern Reflex (Python) frameworks, plus handle on-demand development tasks. You'll work directly with the founder and a small, fast-moving team.
What You'll Do
∙ Migrate WordPress and AI-generated sites (Lovable, ChatGPT, Manus, etc.) into clean Reflex environments
∙ Manage GitHub repos, version control, and deployment workflows
∙ QA, integrate, and clean up AI-generated code from multiple platforms
∙ Connect and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, or similar)
∙ Cross-browser and cross-device testing
∙ DNS, hosting, SSL, and general site maintenance
∙ Contribute to UI/UX decisions — good design eye required, not just backend skills
Requirements
∙ Available during US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
∙ Python web framework experience, ideally Reflex (or ability to ramp fast)
∙ Solid WordPress expertise (migrations, themes, plugins)
∙ GitHub proficiency (CI/CD, PRs, Actions)
∙ Comfortable working with AI-generated codebases
∙ Database management experience
∙ Design sensibility — layout, typography, visual hierarchy
∙ Responsive, proactive Slack communicator
∙ Self-directed; able to prioritize without hand-holding
Nice to Have
∙ Direct Reflex experience
∙ Familiarity with AI code tools (Cursor, v0, Bolt)
∙ SEO and performance optimization knowledge
Engagement Details
∙ Contract / freelance, ongoing
∙ 5–10 hours/week (with upside across portfolio companies)
∙ US business hours required
∙ 100-day pilot before long-term commitment
∙ Weekly status reports required
To Apply
Share your portfolio or GitHub, highlight migration projects (especially WordPress → modern frameworks), and describe your experience with AI-generated codebases.
That's right at 300 words — tight, professional, ready to post. Good to go?
